1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and subscribing to Real-Time AI Ops Community (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not subscribe to the Service.

Real-Time AI Ops Community provides:

Guides
Current AI Landscape Map
Essential Prompts Library
Private Custom AI Access
Full Archive Access

The Service is delivered through Whop and may be updated or modified at any time.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Standard subscription: $29/month USD
Regional pricing may be available based on location
Prices subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers

3.2 Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis
Payment processed through Whop
You authorize recurring charges to your payment method

3.3 Cancellation

Cancel anytime through your Whop account
No refunds for partial months
Access continues until end of current billing period
No cancellation fees

4. Account and Access

4.1 Account Registration

You must provide accurate information
One account per person
You are responsible for maintaining account security
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

4.2 License

Personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access content
For individual use only
No sharing of login credentials
No redistribution of content

5. Acceptable Use

You May:

Access content for personal learning and implementation
Download materials for personal use
Use prompts and guides in your own work

You May NOT:

Share account access with others
Resell, redistribute, or republish content
Use content to create competing products
Scrape, copy, or automate content extraction
Share paid content publicly or with non-subscribers

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

All content, guides, courses, and materials are owned by Machina/@EXM7777
Protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
"Real-Time AI Ops Community" name and branding are proprietary

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any work you create using our guides
You may use our prompts and frameworks in your commercial work
Attribution appreciated but not required for your own implementations

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We Do Not Guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free service
Specific results from implementing guides
Compatibility with all AI tools or platforms
That content will always be current or accurate

You Acknowledge:

AI tools change rapidly and guides may become outdated
Implementation results vary based on individual circumstances
You are responsible for your own use of AI tools
We are not liable for your business decisions

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for third-party AI tool performance
We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits

9. Third-Party Services

Guides reference third-party AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
You are responsible for compliance with third-party terms of service
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by AI tool providers
Third-party tool availability and pricing may change

9.2 Payment Processing

Payments processed through Whop
Subject to Whop's terms of service and privacy policy

10. Content Updates and Changes

We Reserve the Right to:

Update, modify, or remove content at any time
Change subscription features or deliverables
Discontinue the Service with 30 days notice
Update these Terms with notice to subscribers

11. Privacy

Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We Collect:

Account information (name, email, payment info via Whop)
Usage data (content accessed, engagement)
Communications with support

We Do NOT:

Sell your personal information
Share your data with third parties for marketing
Track you across other websites

12. User Conduct

Prohibited Conduct:

Violating any applicable laws or regulations
Infringing intellectual property rights
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
Using the Service for spam or malicious purposes
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions

Enforcement:

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations
No refunds for terminated accounts
We reserve the right to refuse service

13. Testimonials and Feedback

If You Provide Testimonials or Feedback:

We may use them in marketing materials
You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them
We may edit for length or clarity
You can request removal at any time

14. Termination

You May Terminate:

Cancel your subscription anytime through Whop
Request account deletion by contacting support

We May Terminate:

For violation of these Terms
For fraudulent payment or chargebacks
At our discretion with refund of unused portion

Upon Termination:

Your access ends at the end of the billing period
You must stop using all downloaded materials commercially
Personal implementations you created remain yours

15. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by European laws
Excluding conflict of law provisions

Dispute Process:

We'll attempt good faith resolution
If unresolved, binding arbitration in Europe
Small claims court option remains available

Class Action Waiver:

Disputes resolved individually, not as class actions
No consolidation with other subscribers' claims

16. Modifications to Terms

Notice provided via email to active subscribers
Continued use constitutes acceptance
Material changes require 30 days notice

Your Options:

If you disagree with changes, cancel before effective date
Cancellation before changes means you're not bound by new terms

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Real-Time AI Ops Community.

17.2 Severability

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in effect.

17.3 No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign to a successor.

17.5 Force Majeure

We're not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

20. Regional Pricing

Moving to different region may change pricing at renewal
